In collaboration with our client, Barakat Properties, we transformed this old mechanic warehouse on the Gold Coast into a boutique shopping destination on Pinter Ave, Southport. The brief was to design a contemporary building with a touch of Spanish charm. A white brick façade, elegant arches and a single-story promenade creates a tenant flow where customers can feel at ease and take their time exploring. Lush and mature landscaping finishes the project to enhance the ambiance for Alcove shoppers.
